As a young girl, I was immersed in the vibrant flavors of my native St. Andrew, Jamaica, spending idyllic weekends at my grandparents’ estate, affectionately known as “Buckingham” or simply Buck. It was amidst the lush surroundings of this haven that I cultivated my love for the essence of fresh coffee beans, the succulence of cocoa fruit, and the enticing allure of exotic Caribbean fruits. The hours I spent meticulously crushing these beans unveiled a passion for crafting my own brews, whether it was a rich cup of coffee or a velvety mug of hot chocolate, in their purest, most organic, and utterly delectable forms.

Upon my move to Germany, my exploration of the European cuisine continued, becoming another staple that has been incorporate in the various food offerings at our Coffee House.

Now, in our new home in South Florida, I find immense joy in sharing this passion with my beloved children, Kimberly and Anthony. Together, we extend a warm invitation to you, your family, friends, and neighbors, to join us on a delightful journey. Step into the enchanting ambiance of the Blue Mountain Coffee House, where we serve not just a cup of coffee, but an experience.
